From Binge Eating and Starting Over for 20+ years… to Food Freedom and Losing 40 kgs

I struggled with my weight for most of my life. I was bullied in school, constantly judged throughout my life. Since 2011, I tried multiple diets. I would lose weight through those but I always kept gaining it all back. So, I realised the hardest part wasn’t the weight. It was feeling out of control around food. Late-night binges. Guilt. Promising “never again”… and then repeating the same cycle.

What changed everything wasn’t another diet. It was learning HOW TO EAT. Not restrict but actually understand my body.

I learned how to:

  • Eat enough without losing control,
  • Build balanced meals,
  • Include my favorite foods without guilt!

I lost 40 kilos and more importantly, I found food freedom.

And today, I help others in our community to do the same using a mix of science, structure, and real-life understanding. Handholding them to lose weight once and for all by generating trust within their bodies around food and gaining back control of their lives.
